How to set Print Area in Microsoft Excel 2010


You can use the Print Area option to print one or more ranges of cells that you want to print, the entire worksheet will not be printed. To do so, do the following:

1. Select the cells that you want to define as the print area on your worksheet.
2. Click on the [Page Layout] Tab.
3. In the [Page Setup] group, click on [Print Area], then click [Set Print Area].



4. Click the [File] tab. The highlighted cells of your print area will be displayed in the Print Preview pane on the right pane of the Print window.
