How to create an Organizational Chart in Microsoft Excel 2010

You can create an Organizational chart in Excel 2010 by doing the following:

1. On the [Insert] tab, in the [Illustrations] group, click on [SmartArt].
The [Choose a SmartArt Graphic] gallery will be displayed.
2. Click [Hierarchy], then click on an organization chart layout, then click [OK].

3. Click [Text] in the [Text Pane], and then type your text for each box.
