Useful keyboard shortcuts in Microsoft Office Word 2010

1. As we create our document we may need to repeat an action more than once... the easiest way to repeat the same action more than once is to press [F4]. The [F4] keyboard short cut will repeat the most recent action done within your document.

2. Pressing [CTRL + H] will open up the find and replace dialogue box with [Replace] tab selected

3. To increase font size press the following: [CTRL+SHIFT+>] and to decrease font size press [CTRL+SHIFT+<]

4. To insert a page break press [CTRL+ENTER]

5. To add a copy right symbol to your document press [ALT+CTRL+C]
