How To Copy and Paste Formatting Attributes

As we create tables in Excel we may come across incidents where we have to copy formatting attributes for titles or certain highlighted cells or even tables.  The "copy formatting attributes tool" is [Format Painter].

* Select the formatted cell(s)
* Click once on [Format Painter] button, located on the [Home Tab] ribbon and in the [Clipboard Group], to copy the formatting attributes of the selected area once
* Double click on [Format Painter] button, located on the [Home Tab] ribbon and in the [Clipboard Group], to copy the formatting attributes of the selected area multiple times.
* To paste formatting attributes just click over the cells you want to apply the formatting attributes to
